Refund policy

At Key To The City, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we have established a clear and straightforward return process to assist you.

You have a window of 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for your items.

2. Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

  • Unused and in their original, pristine condition.

  • Complete with all original tags, accessories, and documentation.

  • Preferably in the original packaging to ensure maximum protection during transit.

3. Return Shipping Method

All returns must be shipped via a postal service that provides tracking. This ensures both parties can monitor the status of the return.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Remorse (Change of mind, incorrect size, etc.): If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide pre-paid labels for these cases. You may use the carrier of your choice (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) to send the item back to us.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product is damaged upon arrival, defective, or if we sent the wrong item, the return is completely free ($0.00). We will email you a pre-paid shipping label to print and use at no cost to you.

5. Fees

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Request Authorization: Send an email to contact@keytothecitystore.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our support team will issue a return authorization and provide the return address.

  2. Packaging: Securely pack the item, ensuring all original components are included.

  3. Shipment: Follow the instructions provided in our authorization email to send the package back to our facility.

Refund Timeline & Process

  • Inspection: Upon arrival at our warehouse, your return will be inspected to verify it meets the conditions mentioned above. This assessment is typically completed within 1 business day.

  • Processing: Once approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

  • Credit: Funds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the transaction to reflect on your statement, depending on your financial institution. We refund the full purchase price.

Exchanges

We are happy to facilitate exchanges. If you need a different size or a different model:

  • Contact us first for specific exchange instructions.

  • No exchange fees are applied.

  • While the customer covers the return shipping to us, Key To The City will cover the shipping cost of the new replacement item sent to you.

Cancellations

We offer a 24-hour cancellation window. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately within this timeframe at contact@keytothecitystore.com After that, your order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
