  • Order Cutoff: 5:00 PM (PST). Any order finalized after this time begins processing the following business day.

  • Processing Phase: 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Shipping Transit: 7 to 8 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Total Delivery Estimate: Your package should be at your door within 8 to 10 business days.

2. Do I have to pay for shipping?

Not at all. We believe the key to a great experience is simplicity. We provide Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the U.S., with no minimum purchase required and no hidden costs at checkout.

3. Where is Key To The City located?

We are a US-based brand headquartered at 5240 Mission St, San Francisco. Being based in the heart of the city allows us to curate premium essentials and deliver them directly to you with a focus on quality and style.

4. Can I change my mind and cancel an order?

We offer a 24-hour window for cancellations. If you need to stop an order, please contact us immediately within this timeframe so we can halt the fulfillment process before it leaves our facility.

5. What if my order is damaged or the wrong item is sent?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your product is defective or if we made a mistake with your shipment, we will fix it at no cost to you ($0.00). We will provide a pre-paid return label and organize a replacement immediately. Please reach out within 30 days of delivery.

6. I changed my mind. Can I still return my item?

Yes, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item. For "change of mind" returns, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We require the use of a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the goods to our San Francisco warehouse.

7. Are there any hidden restocking fees?

No. We do not believe in penalizing our customers. There are $0.00 restocking fees on all returned items.

8. When will I see my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 24 hours of arrival), we will issue your refund. The credit will appear on your original payment method within 7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

9. How can I track my package?

It’s easy. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Simply enter it on our "Track Your Order" page to follow your shipment's progress through the city streets to your doorstep.
